Mahi-Mahi
Also called: Dolphinfish
Mahi-mahi are the most dazzling fish in the Gulf — electric green and gold, lit up like neon when they're hot. They run in fast, acrobatic schools around weed lines and floating debris.
Fast-growing and aggressive, a mahi bite often means multiple hookups and pure chaos on deck.
